He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UCSI University in Malaysia and has skills in effective problem solving, modelling, traffic analysis, and planning. Omar has worked for companies in Malaysia and Australia.

Elena is a Senior Transportation Planner with broad knowledge of transport planning, modelling, and urban design, working with various private and public clients. Passionate about transport sustainability & future development of transport systems. She holds an MSc in Transport Planning University of Leeds, a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, and MCIHT.

Lior is an urban planner and co-founder of Humankind, a multidisciplinary collective, dedicated to accelerating the transition towards urban happiness for all. He encourages cities to go beyond mere functionality and strive to create urban spaces that make people smile. Lior's projects are unified by a shared goal of creating people-oriented cities.

Steve is Mott MacDonald's London and South East lead for transport planning and traffic engineering. With over 30 years' experience working within traffic engineering and urban design consultancies, he has a track record for taking complex traffic engineering problems and delivering cost-effective solutions from concept to implementation.it's easy.

Gautam is A Senior Transport Planner with over 9 years of experience in all facets of Transport Planning, Project Management, Traffic Simulation and Traffic Impact Assessment Studies. Well-versed with micro-simulation modelling (VISSIM), scheme development process and traffic data analysis for projects in the UK, Middle East and Sweden regions.

Emily is a Graduate Social Outcomes consultant at Mott Macdonald, with expertise in qualitative research, stakeholder engagement, and social development projects. She completed her Geography degree at the University of Birmingham, where she discovered her passion for social and environmental justice, development, and cultural geographies.
